Accountabilities:

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. You will use data insights, testing frameworks, and industry expertise to improve campaign performance, strengthen client relationships, and maximize marketing outcomes.

  • Develop, execute, and manage data-driven paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Conduct comprehensive account audits to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and optimize campaigns with strong attention to account structure, audience targeting, keyword strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Define keyword strategies using tools such as SEMrush, SpyFu, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain accurate tracking systems to ensure reliable performance measurement.
  • Analyze customer profiles, audience behavior, and campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics to generate actionable recommendations.
  • Write, test, and optimize compelling advertising copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, adjust bids, and optimize spend allocation to maximize ROI and traffic quality.
  • Track key performance indicators, identify issues, and implement improvements to increase campaign success.
  • Create performance reports and present insights during client meetings.
  • Build strong client relationships by leading strategy discussions, providing recommendations, and managing expectations effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through competitor analysis, landing page testing, and customer journey optimization.
  • Stay current with PPC, SEM, paid social, and digital marketing trends to continuously improve strategies.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing paid media campaigns, a deep understanding of digital acquisition strategies, and a proven ability to generate measurable business results.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital growth, paid media, PPC, SEM, or performance marketing.
  • Significant experience managing paid campaigns for consumer-focused or hospitality brands.
  • Proven experience targeting and converting US-based audiences.
  • Strong understanding of paid search, paid social, digital marketing, and organic growth strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, and related marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated success improving ROI, increasing website traffic, and driving revenue growth through paid campaigns.
  • Experience managing client accounts and presenting performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience leading projects, mentoring team members, or collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Availability to work within the GMT-4 time zone.
