About DMA Industries

Founded in 2008, DMA Industries, LLC has grown into a leading supplier of automotive aftermarket parts across North America. Our success is driven by innovation, entrepreneurial thinking, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.

As DMA continues to grow and modernize its technology infrastructure across multiple distribution and manufacturing locations, we are looking for a Systems & Network Administrator to join our IT team and play a key role in maintaining, improving, and securing our technology environment.

Position Summary

The Systems & Network Administrator is a hands-on technical role responsible for the day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, remediation, and modernization of DMA’s server, identity, and network infrastructure across a multi-site distribution and manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a legacy environment while helping DMA modernize its infrastructure, reduce technical debt, strengthen security, and establish durable, well-documented operating practices.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technically strong professional who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems, improving systems, and taking ownership of projects from planning through completion.

  • Follow established change-control procedures for all infrastructure changes.
Security, Patching & Operational Hygiene

  • Maintain strict privileged-access and credential-management standards.
  • Protect sensitive credentials by using DMA's approved credential-management solution.
  • Ensure credentials are never improperly shared, hard-coded, stored in plaintext, or maintained outside approved systems and procedures.
Backup, Disaster Recovery & Automation
  • Support backup and disaster recovery operations across DMA's infrastructure.
  • Understand and apply appropriate recovery methods, including bare-metal, system-state, and domain-controller-safe restoration.
  • Assist with disaster recovery testing and validation to ensure backups can be successfully restored when needed.

  • Communicate effectively with employees, department leaders, and executive leadership.
  • Translate technical issues, risks, and recommendations into clear business terms.
