Position: Property Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

Richmark Properties is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to lead the operations of a multifamily apartment community. This individual will take full ownership of the property’s financial performance, team development, resident satisfaction, and physical appearance, while maintaining compliance and controlling expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations of the property to meet or exceed income goals and remain within budgeted expenses

• Manage, mentor, and support on-site staff; promote a culture of trust, growth, and accountability

• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

• Identify and implement strategies to improve property performance and operational efficiency

• Ensure adherence to all federal Fair Housing laws, as well as applicable local ordinances

• Oversee apartment renovations and upgrades as needed

• Handle resident concerns and emergencies with professionalism and effective problem-solving

• Maintain accurate records and reporting in property management software (ResMan experience is a plus)

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive Salary

• Possible monthly Leasing. Renewal, Delinquency Bonuses

• Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability may be required

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager at a multifamily community

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience managing renovations or capital improvements is a plus

• Proficiency in ResMan software is a plus

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
