As a Partner Manager - Marketplace, you will take ownership of a diverse network of suppliers and help ensure strong operational performance across the marketplace.
You will manage relationships with job boards, media agencies, and recruiting-service providers while ensuring integrations, product data, and pricing remain accurate and reliable.
The role combines hands-on partner management with strategic project ownership and commercial thinking.
You will lead supplier integrations, migrations, and new product launches from initial planning through operational delivery.
A key focus will be building scalable processes and using automation and AI to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, making a visible impact in a collaborative and high-trust environment.

- Own the day-to-day management of supplier relationships, including job boards, media agencies, and other recruiting-service providers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier requests, coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders and ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and new product launches end-to-end, from planning and sales enablement through operational implementation.
- Lead strategic marketplace projects by defining requirements, scope, milestones, timelines, stakeholders, and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate supplier catalogue, pricing, and product information across the marketplace.
- Monitor supplier margins and contribute to marketplace take-rate performance while identifying new commercial opportunities with existing and prospective partners.
- Develop scalable and well-documented supplier processes, using segmentation and automation to manage recurring activities systematically.
- Identify and implement AI-supported workflows and automation opportunities that improve supplier operations and turn successful individual practices into repeatable team processes.
- Collaborate effectively across commercial, operational, technical, and other internal teams to ensure supplier initiatives are delivered successfully.
- 5+ years of professional business experience, including experience managing supplier, vendor, or partner relationships, ideally within job boards, media agencies, recruiting services, or a related marketplace environment.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage structured projects from initial planning and scoping through successful delivery.
- Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations, with the ability and willingness to develop deeper technical fluency.
- Strong combination of operational execution and strategic, big-picture thinking.
- Proven experience managing complex stakeholder structures across both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience using AI and automation to streamline processes, eliminate repetitive work, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership in a high-trust environment.
- Commercial or sales experience is a plus, particularly exposure to negotiating partner terms, margins, pricing, or commercial conditions.
