Job Description

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

The Senior Product Manager partners with leadership, internal & external customers, design, and engineering to turn ambiguous business problems and customer needs into clear, testable product direction. This role owns product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including discovery, customer and market research, competitive analysis, prioritization, requirements definition, functional specifications, testing support, and launch readiness. A key focus of the role is rapid prototyping: quickly creating prototypes, wireframes, and other early-stage artifacts to validate ideas, gather feedback, reduce requirements churn, align stakeholders, and help the team move quickly toward the right solution.

PRODUCT MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Translate company and business strategy into clear product strategy, priorities, and product direction.
  • Translate product strategy into rapid prototypes, wireframes, and other early-stage artifacts to validate product ideas, gather feedback, reduce ambiguity, and help stakeholders and engineering teams align quickly.
  • Help maintain the company’s software strategy roadmap by prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic importance.
  • Conduct customer, market, technology, and competitive research to understand user needs, emerging trends, operational pain points, and product opportunities.
  • Serve as an embedded Product Manager with engineering teams by owning the “why,” writing clear specs, making day-to-day product decisions, and working closely with the build team throughout development.
  • Partner with engineering, design, QA, stakeholders, and leadership to validate, launch, and iterate product work quickly.

Requirements:

REQUIRED

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in mid-sized, fast-paced software organizations.

  • Demonstrated success defining ambiguous business problems in clear, measurable terms and validating whether the solution solved a meaningful customer, business, or operational problem.
  • Hands-on experience rapidly creating prototypes and wireframes to validate product ideas, gather feedback, reduce ambiguity, and clarify requirements before full development begins.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate product management work, including discovery, prototyping, requirements definition, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong product judgment, including the ability to prioritize what should be built, identify and communicate what should not be built, and make clear tradeoff recommendations based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and risk.
  • Hands-on experience working directly with engineering teams to write clear specs, clarify requirements, and make day-to-day product decisions to help the team ship quickly.
