  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially within NBFC, fintech, and lending ecosystems.
Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven sales mindset with a strong drive for targets, results, and business growth.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt messaging to different client needs.
  • Experience in or strong understanding of the lending, NBFC, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Loan Management Systems (LMS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), CRM tools, and collections platforms.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the industry.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer empathy in all interactions.
  • Proficiency with sales tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively in team environments.
  • Existing industry connections within fintech, NBFC, or lending sectors are a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work on impactful financial technology products serving major lending institutions.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge lending platforms and large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Collaborative work environment with experienced professionals across engineering, product, and design.
  • Flexible work culture supporting work-life balance and remote/hybrid arrangements.
