Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) in Akron, Ohio at 2K Dental

2K Dental is a locally owned private practice seeking an EFDA to join our Akron (Waterloo Rd) office. The chosen candidate will provide exceptional support to our dental team, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures and exams
• Place restorations and sealants
• Take dental X-rays
• Prepare and sterilize instruments
• Maintain accurate patient records and smooth workflow
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio EFDA license
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment

Schedule

• Monday: 8am-4pm
• Tuesday and Wednesday: 9am-5pm
• Thursday and Friday: 7am-2pm
