Job Description

Location: Remote
Full-Time, Exempt, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Summary
We're seeking a driven National Account Manager to generate new business, build strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with a strong track record of B2B business development, consultative selling, and exceeding sales goals.

Compensation & Benefits
● Base salary: $60,000
● Eligible for commission and incentive compensation
● On-target earnings (OTE) up to approximately $120,000 annually based on performance and achievement of sales goals

What You'll Do
● Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and industry events
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
● Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution
● Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
● Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
● Develop customized solutions based on customer needs
● Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity data within CRM software
● Collaborate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and long-term success
● Consistently meet or exceed sales activity and revenue goals

What You’ll Bring
● 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account acquisition experience
● Proven success generating new business and exceeding sales targets
● Experience managing a sales pipeline and consultative sales process
● Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
● Ability to build relationships with executive-level decision-makers
● CRM experience required; HubSpot preferred
● Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
● Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Travel Requirements
● Up to 50% travel, including occasional overnight travel
