This role focuses on driving new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic lead generation. You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to identify, engage, and qualify high-value prospects across assigned territories. The position requires a strong hunter mindset and the ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations to uncover decision-makers and buying signals. You will play a key role in building pipeline and accelerating revenue growth through structured outreach campaigns. Success in this role depends on curiosity, persistence, and strong communication skills across multiple channels. It is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where collaboration with sales and marketing teams is essential. You will also contribute to process improvements and help refine outbound strategies over time.
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to identify, research, and qualify high-potential prospects within assigned territories and target accounts.
- Conduct account research to map decision-makers, understand organizational structure, and generate relevant sales opportunities.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, emails, and social outreach to secure qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of new leads while nurturing existing prospects to drive engagement.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and lead management using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support outbound initiatives, campaigns, and event-based prospecting efforts.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies, messaging, and overall sales effectiveness.
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development, ideally within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, sales cycles, objection handling, and qualification methodologies.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to operate in a high-performance, target-driven environment with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong time management and territory planning capabilities.
- Self-starter mindset with high energy, resilience, and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience and skills.
