Your Role: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, ensuring service excellence while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand our partnerships. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results, maximize customer satisfaction, and drive profitable growth.
Your success will be measured through client retention, account growth, service quality, and overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
Identify and pursue opportunities for contract renewals, enhancements, and additional services.
Support the onboarding and transition of new clients in collaboration with the Business Development team.
Monitor contract performance, budgets, schedules, and profitability.
Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within company systems.
Stay informed of industry trends, customer needs, and market developments to support strategic account growth.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services B2B, Property Management, Landscaping, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Landscaping, horticulture, snow removal, or commercial services industry experience is considered a strong asset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related discipline.
Bilingual (English and French), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid Class 5 driver's license and ability to travel within the Greater Montreal area as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with Aspire, LMN, Pipedrive, Fleetio, Adobe InDesign, or similar business management software is an asset.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
