What Will You Do at Presence?
Presence is seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused Teletherapy Program Implementation Specialists to support the launch of teletherapy services in school districts across the country.
In this role, you will serve as Presence's onsite representative during the critical back-to-school season, ensuring schools are fully prepared for successful teletherapy service delivery. You will partner directly with school administrators, support staff, and IT teams to coordinate therapy space and technology readiness, onboard key personnel, and prepare school sites for a seamless launch.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in education, training, implementation, customer onboarding, or school operations who enjoy travel, relationship-building, problem-solving, and working independently in dynamic environments.
Primary Responsibilities
Travel to school districts across the U.S. to support teletherapy program readiness and implementation
Prepare school sites for successful teletherapy service delivery, including equipment setup, technology validation, and space readiness
Configure therapy devices and equipment, conduct technology checks, and coordinate with IT teams to resolve issues
Lead onboarding and training sessions for school-based support staff, including platform navigation, communication best practices, and basic troubleshooting
Serve as a professional representative of Presence, building positive relationships with educators, administrators, and district leaders
Document implementation outcomes, identify risks or follow-up needs, and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders
Coordinate travel logistics and maintain accurate visit documentation and expense reporting
What Are We Looking For?
Experience in education, school administration, staff training, implementation, customer onboarding, consulting, or related customer-facing roles strongly preferred
Experience presenting, training, or onboarding adult learners preferred
Comfortable building relationships with educators, administrators, and school-based staff
Tech-comfortable and confident learning new platforms, troubleshooting basic technology issues, and guiding others through new systems
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, travel logistics, and changing schedules independently
Proven ability to problem-solve, adapt in real time, and remain calm in unfamiliar environments
Ability to travel between schools within a district, including same-day visits to multiple sites
Valid drivers license required- candidates must be comfortable driving rental vehicles between school sites
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Comfortable lifting, carrying, and setting up light equipment (up to ~25 lbs)
Where is this position located?
This is a remote position with nationwide travel. Candidates should be located within approximately one hour of a major airport to enable efficient travel to school sites.

Texas
Florida
Pacific Northwest/Mountain West states
Northeastern United States
Availability for up to full-time travel is required during peak implementation periods. While some weeks will involve multi-day site visits, there may also be weeks where no travel or work is scheduled.
Compensation
The salary for this exempt role is $55,000 annually.
Please note: Due to minimum salary thresholds for exempt employees in certain states, candidates located in the following locations are not eligible for this role at the listed salary:

Colorado
Connecticut
All travel-related expenses (e.g., airfare, lodging, meals) are fully covered by Presence.
