This role sits at the center of enterprise technology strategy, shaping how business capabilities are translated into scalable, secure, and cloud-first architectures. You will define and govern end-to-end enterprise architecture across applications, data, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term digital and business goals. Working in a Microsoft-centric environment, you will drive architectural roadmaps and standards that guide transformation at scale. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on architectural governance, influencing key technology investments across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure consistency, integration, and modernization across systems. The environment is highly collaborative, innovation-driven, and focused on continuous improvement of enterprise capabilities.
- Design and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains
- Define integration strategies and cloud-native architecture patterns leveraging Microsoft Azure services
- Establish architecture standards, reference models, governance frameworks, and reusable solution patterns
- Manage enterprise application portfolio governance, including rationalization and lifecycle oversight via ServiceNow APM
- Facilitate architecture review boards and ensure compliance with enterprise principles and security requirements
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business strategy into scalable technical roadmaps
- Evaluate emerging technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem and recommend innovation opportunities
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
- Deep expertise in Microsoft ecosystem including Azure (IaaS/PaaS, integration services), Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot
- Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture / APM modules
- Proven ability to define capability models and align architecture to business strategy
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration patterns, and scalable system design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
- Experience in application portfolio management, modernization, and rationalization initiatives
