This role offers the opportunity to shape how people understand and interact with complex digital health experiences across a global ecosystem of products and services. You will craft clear, human-centered content that translates highly technical, medical, and regulatory information into intuitive, actionable user experiences. Working at the intersection of product design, research, engineering, and clinical expertise, you will influence end-to-end user journeys and help define scalable content systems across platforms. The environment is highly collaborative and mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, precision, and user trust. You will contribute to products that directly support people managing chronic conditions, helping them make informed health decisions. This is a senior, strategic role where language plays a critical part in product quality, safety, and usability.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead content strategy and UX writing across digital health products, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility throughout the user experience.

  • Lead content design for mobile apps, device interfaces, onboarding flows, alerts, help systems, and service touchpoints
  • Translate complex medical, technical, and regulatory content into clear, user-friendly language
  • Define messaging hierarchies, voice and tone, terminology standards, and end-to-end content patterns
  • Partner with product, design, and research teams to shape user journeys and identify content opportunities
  • Build and evolve scalable content systems, frameworks, and reusable UX writing components across platforms
  • Collaborate with engineering, clinical, regulatory, marketing, and localization teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Ensure content quality across discovery, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization while supporting compliance requirements
Requirements:

You bring deep experience in content design or UX writing, with the ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in complex, regulated environments.

  • 6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy roles
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product content design and systems thinking
  • Ability to simplify complex medical, technical, or regulatory information for diverse audiences
  • Experience building scalable content frameworks, guidelines, and design system components
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and compliance stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, or similarly complex domains (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), inclusive language, and global/localization considerations
  • Strategic communication skills with the ability to influence product decisions through content
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $113,300 – $226,700 (depending on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Tuition reimbursement and education assistance programs
  • Career development opportunities within a global organization
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote with occasional travel)
  • Wellness and employee support programs
  • Inclusive benefits supporting employees and families across life stages
