Job Description

Description:

Do you get excited about the artistic and compassionate side of food? Are you looking to build a future as a chef?

We're looking for a positive, young-at-heart person to join our kitchen team and grow with us. Some kitchen experience is preferred, but a passion for great food and a willingness to learn matter even more. We'll teach you the techniques, craftsmanship, and day-to-day operations that go into running an exceptional kitchen. Together, our chefs bring more than 100 years of experience in fine dining and a wide variety of culinary settings.

We are a retirement community that operates with the standards and creativity of a high-quality restaurant. We use some of the finest ingredients available in Boulder, create new menus every week, and feature daily specials inspired by cuisines from around the world. From elegant wine dinners and intimate gatherings to large celebrations, no two weeks are ever the same.

We are open 365 days a year, but our dinner service ends at 7:00 p.m., allowing for a healthier work-life balance than many restaurant kitchens. We offer excellent benefits, a supportive team, and a culture where we genuinely care for both our residents and one another.

If you love food, enjoy being creative, and want to learn from experienced chefs while making a meaningful difference in people's lives, we'd love to meet you.
