Requirements:
  • Proven experience in horizontal directional drilling and locating within utility construction environments.
  • Background in telecommunications infrastructure projects considered a strong asset.
  • Valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving abstract and CVOR record.
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced field environments.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working at heights, confined spaces, and in all weather conditions.
  • Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe job site at all times.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a coordinated field crew.
  • Willingness to travel to various job sites and work in different field locations as required.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $34.11 to $42.51, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for additional site-based incentives, including travel and accommodation allowances where applicable.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including extended health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage.
  • Access to mental health and employee assistance programs supporting overall wellbeing.
  • Retirement savings plan administered through a unionized collective agreement.
  • Stable, long-term employment opportunities within a leading national infrastructure organization.
