Job Overview
Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position.

Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have. Salary Range: $3,500 - $6,000 per month (base + commission)

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Work in-person at our agency office location 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Must pass credit and background check
  • Cannot have conflicting outside appointments or must terminate

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
