Resident Assistant / Caregiver – Assisted Living & Memory Care
No experience? No problem! We will train compassionate individuals who are ready to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
Waterford is hiring caring and dependable Resident Assistants to provide personal care and support to our residents. If you have a heart for helping others and enjoy building meaningful relationships, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Respond to resident needs and call lights
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Document care provided
- Promote resident dignity, safety, and independence
- Support residents in daily activities and social engagement
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred, but not required

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents with mobility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and dependable
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
