What You’ll Do

• Provide Hands-On Care: Support patients with daily living activities (ADLs), ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity.
• Be the Eyes and Ears: Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions, immediately reporting crucial changes to your team.
• Assist with Clinical Procedures: Partner with Registered Nurses (RNs) to perform hands-on clinical tasks and procedures.
• Own the Details: Document patient interactions accurately in medical records to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Collaborate Daily: Work under the guidance of our Nurse Manager, Director, and RNs to deliver age-specific, personalized care.
