Spend your summer at Seubert seeing how an insurance brokerage really works!

The best way to learn the business is to be in it. Over 11 weeks, you’ll rotate through Seubert’s Commercial Lines, Group Benefits, and Surety Bonding departments. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, join real client and business activity, and see how each team helps our clients manage risk and protect what matters. Whether you’re drawn to risk management, economics, business, finance, or client relations, or you’re still figuring out what you want to do, this is a great place to explore.

What you’ll do:

You won’t just watch from the sidelines. You will:

• Shadow professionals across roles and departments
• Join team and client meetings when appropriate
• Contribute to real projects and day-to-day work
• Learn the fundamentals of coverage, risk management, and brokerage operations
• Explore the technology that powers a modern brokerage
• Meet Seubert leaders and hear how they built their careers
• Team up with fellow interns on a summer project
• Present your key takeaways or final project to the Seubert team

Who should apply?

We prefer applicants who are going to be rising seniors for the 2027-2028 school year. Students in other class years are welcome to apply, but they will be considered only if spots remain open after we have interviewed rising seniors and extended offers.

Dates: Wednesday, June 2nd – Thursday, August 12th, 2027 (11 weeks)

Schedule: In-office Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
