THE ROLE

We are seeking personable, professional, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and genuine guest connections.

This guest-facing position is responsible for guiding guests through the dining experience, providing thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring seamless service from arrival through departure. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about food, beverage, and hospitality, with a commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and creating memorable experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Guest Experience & Hospitality

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service throughout the dining experience.
• Guide guests through menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and dining options.
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor table pacing, and ensure timely, accurate service.
• Address guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care.

Food, Beverage & Service Excellence

• Develop strong knowledge of menu offerings, seasonal ingredients, wine, beer, spirits, cocktails, and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Accurately take orders, enter them into the POS system, and coordinate food and beverage service.
• Maintain high standards for table presentation, cleanliness, organization, and service execution.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Participate in menu tastings, beverage education, and ongoing hospitality training.

Teamwork & Restaurant Operations

• Collaborate with culinary, bar, host, and support teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests accurately.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
• Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented restaurant environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and confidently communicate detailed food and beverage knowledge.
• Experience in upscale dining, farm-to-table, or chef-driven restaurants is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, food safety, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout shifts.
