Your first 90 days will be spent learning our sales process, building product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional customer experience as a Home Furnishing Consultant. Once you've built that foundation, you'll transition into the Selling Sales Manager role—leading from the floor, coaching your team, and driving results alongside them.
What You'll Be DoingFirst 90 Days
- Master the Home Furnishing Consultant role and our proven sales process
- Build product knowledge and become confident helping customers find the right solutions
- Learn our customer experience standards and what drives success
- Build credibility with your future team by leading through example
After Your Training
- Lead side-by-side with your team to maximize every customer opportunity
- Coach in the moment—helping your team improve, close more sales, and grow their skills
- Drive key metrics including sales, close rate, and average ticket
- Lead engaging daily huddles that set the team up for success
- Step in to close deals and maintain sales momentum
- Ensure every customer has an outstanding, memorable experience
- You're not stuck behind a desk—you'll be on the sales floor where the action is
- Your leadership makes an immediate impact every day

- Strong retail sales experience with a proven track record of results

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, or move furniture up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working throughout the showroom and operational areas
