  • Support the rollout, governance, and adoption of AI-powered workplace tools, ensuring effective access management, compliance, and usage optimization.
  • Take ownership of macOS fleet management, device administration, and endpoint security practices.
  • Mentor and support junior IT engineers by sharing technical expertise, encouraging knowledge development, and promoting operational excellence.

  • Act as a senior technical contributor, providing guidance on tool selection, architecture decisions, and long-term IT strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior IT operations, systems engineering, or workplace technology role, with a strong track record of improving IT environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of SaaS administration, identity and access management, endpoint management, and security best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing macOS environments and enterprise device management solutions.
  • Experience administering enterprise AI tools, including access management, user provisioning, governance, and usage monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, automation, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to approach technical challenges strategically and independently.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working effectively in remote, distributed, and asynchronous environments is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English is required.
Benefits
  • Fully remote working environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Flexible working hours and an asynchronous work culture designed around autonomy and work-life balance.
  • Competitive compensation package with location-based salary considerations.

  • Mental health support services.
  • Learning and development budget.
