The Senior Associate Financial Analyst will support financial analysis activities by gathering, reviewing, and interpreting financial data to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. The role involves monitoring financial performance, supporting reporting processes, and contributing to initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

• Extract and analyze financial data from reports to identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and control expenditures by reviewing requests against approved budgets and financial guidelines.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and support balance sheet analysis activities.
• Analyze budget and forecast variances and contribute recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial inputs and analysis.
• Evaluate business initiatives to ensure alignment with profitability objectives and financial expectations.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities across processes and expenses to improve sustainable returns.
• Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders and support decision-making through data-backed recommendations.
• Complete additional finance-related tasks and analysis as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, business management, statistics, or a related field.
• Relevant financial analysis certifications are preferred.
• Moderate professional experience in a financial analysis or related finance role.
• Experience working with accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Experience supporting finance activities within organizations operating internationally.
• Developing knowledge of financial drivers, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with international entities, foreign currency transactions, and inter-company accounting processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
