  • Support grant-funded initiatives through partner eligibility reviews, documentation management, fund tracking, compliance follow-up, and internal coordination.
  • Assist with proposal development by gathering partner information, preparing program materials, compiling impact data, and contributing to reporting activities.
  • Coordinate program workflows, timelines, and reporting processes to support successful delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other internal teams to resolve partner needs and improve program efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, communication tools, documentation practices, and partner engagement strategies.
  • Represent organizational values and mission through professional communication with partners, stakeholders, and external audiences.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will combine experience in program management, account management, partnership development, and customer-focused operations with strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in program management, account management, customer success, partnership development, solutions-based sales, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to develop strong partner relationships, improve engagement, and support customer retention.
  • Experience achieving revenue goals, business objectives, or measurable performance targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Strong consultative communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, inventory management platforms, online partner tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze partner needs, identify growth opportunities, and implement practical solutions.
