Our practice focuses exclusively on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, Asset Protection, Special Needs Planning, and Elder Law.

Our mission is simple: help clients plan confidently for the future and support them through life’s most difficult transitions. We approach every client interaction with compassion, professionalism, and respect.

We also believe in taking care of our team. We foster a supportive, collaborative environment where each team member is valued, work-life balance is respected, and meaningful, long-term careers are built. We only do Estate Planning and Probate - no litigation.

Compensation:

  • You'll guide clients through their estate planning documents in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner.

  • You'll assist with printing, reviewing, and compiling estate planning documents in preparation for client signings.

  • Quickly respond to clients' questions or requests via email, text, or phone calls

  • Conduct document reviews to ensure accuracy and proper execution after the documents have been signed

  • Record deeds with the proper county

  • Participate in team and staff meetings

  • Accept other administrative tasks as needed to assist the team and ensure the firm runs smoothly

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and is 100% in-office

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
  • Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented mindset
  • Great people skills - customer service experience is a big plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow established systems and procedures
  • Proven ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Some knowledge of legal software, case management, and docketing programs is preferred
  • Ability to comfortably use all Microsoft Office products and type at least 50 WPM
