You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing financial modules while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
The position requires strong functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and iExpenses.
You will contribute throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to testing, training, and post-go-live support.

The Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading functional activities across Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and support engagements. The role involves working closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient finance solutions.
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and iExpenses.
- Analyze business requirements, gather functional needs, and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including configuration workbooks and functional design documents.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users on Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
- Deliver post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and provide functional guidance during ongoing support phases.
- Assist with the development of reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle Business Intelligence tools.
- Support data migration activities and integrations between Oracle Fusion Financials and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to resolve challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, strong functional expertise, and the ability to work independently in enterprise environments. The role requires excellent analytical capabilities, communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials consulting and implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and iExpenses.
- Proven experience with requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
- Experience preparing functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and design specifications.
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, testing processes, and post-production support.
- Experience supporting data migration activities and system integrations.
- Ability to develop or support financial reports and analytics using Oracle BI tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic project environment.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certifications or relevant module certifications are a plus.
