Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Recruitment

  • Own and grow the international recruitment pipeline from initial inquiry through enrollment.
  • Conduct one-on-one enrollment consultations to assess program fit, discuss scholarship opportunities, and guide qualified students through the LSAC application process.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with education consultants, universities, law schools, and other organizations to generate qualified prospective students.
  • Identify new recruitment markets and partnership opportunities to expand international enrollment.
  • Represent Western State College of Law at international education fairs, webinars, institutional visits, and recruitment events.
  • Deliver compelling presentations that effectively position the LL.M. program in a competitive global market.
  • Manage prospective student communications and follow-up activities in Slate CRM to maximize application and enrollment conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute recruitment campaigns and develop market-specific messaging.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and recommend strategies to improve application, enrollment, and conversion results.

Enrollment Coordination

  • Guide prospective students through the LSAC application process, requirements, and key deadlines.
  • Track applicant progress and proactively follow up to maintain momentum through enrollment.
  • Coordinate with Admissions, International Student Services, and other internal teams to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
  • Communicate admissions outcomes and scholarship information in accordance with institutional guidelines.
  • Assist admitted students with next steps, including enrollment, I-20 documentation, pre-arrival preparation, and matriculation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant records, communications, and activity notes in Slate CRM.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in graduate admissions, enrollment management, international student recruitment, higher education sales, or a related enrollment-focused role.
  • Experience recruiting for graduate or professional programs (e.g., LL.M., JD, MBA, Master's, or Doctoral), preferably within a law school or graduate legal education environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing prospective student pipelines, conducting enrollment consultations, and converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • Experience with CRM and admissions platforms (e.g., Slate, Salesforce, or HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with LSAC and the graduate admissions process preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Understanding of international students' needs; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally several times per year, including multi-country recruitment trips, and work flexible hours to support global markets.
