Most QA roles ask you to test what someone built. This one asks you to know payroll and benefits well enough to predict how it will break before the code exists.

You will design and run test scenarios based on how people actually use the product, build realistic test data, own test strategy and risk on your projects, and report status clearly enough for release decisions. You will also raise the domain fluency of the whole QA team — which makes you unusually influential here.

You will need:

• 3+ years of hands-on PEO, payroll, or benefits administration experience (a real requirement, not a preference)
• Solid QA practice: test case design, defect reporting, Agile testing
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause instincts
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have: automation exposure, multi-state US payroll tax, open enrollment, HRIS or HCM platforms.

The schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday. First four hours from our Noida office, the rest from home. Mornings and afternoons are yours.
