Pacific Coast Producers (PCP) is a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast. PCP is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join its team. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service, creating an environment where each employee can do their best work to provide affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America.

Join a legacy of talented people working together to innovate and feed families around the world! As a PCP employee, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous benefit plans and paid time off, with an excellent retirement savings plan to help secure your future.

As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of how Pacific Coast Producers connects with our customers, growers, retailers, and consumers. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Communications, you'll play a high-visibility role in bringing our brand to life—crafted through compelling digital content, video, photography, social media, and trade events.

We’re looking for a creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing new ideas to the table. If you're organized, curious about emerging tech, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept to completion, you’ll fit right in.

This role performs the following duties:

  • Create marketing, sales, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Create product renderings, shelf visualizations, planograms, and merchandising concepts that support sales presentations, customer proposals, category reviews, and marketing initiatives
  • Plan, capture, edit, and manage company photography and video content for digital, social, trade show, customer, and internal communications
  • Develop short-form video content, including reels, GIFs, and media assets
  • Maintain and update company websites, landing pages, and digital content
  • Create, deploy, and analyze company e-newsletters and email marketing campaigns
  • Manage company social media channels and editorial calendar
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries
  • Analyze syndicated and marketplace data and develop meaningful sales and marketing presentations
  • Coordinate and lead recurring meetings, track action items, and ensure project follow-through
  • Collaborate with retailers, influencers, dietitians, industry partners, agencies, and vendors on marketing initiatives
  • Support trade shows, conferences, customer events, and retailer programs
  • Coordinate procurement and distribution of marketing materials and trade show assets
  • Assist with new product launches, customer portals, and special marketing projects
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and changing priorities
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualified Candidates Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro
  • Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills
  • Hands-on experience with website content management systems such as WordPress
  • Prior exposure to omnichannel marketing and syndicated data preferred
  • Solid understanding of social media marketing, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and marketing technologies to improve content creation, productivity, research, design, and marketing execution
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Confidence facilitating meetings, coordinating teams, and managing projects from start to finish
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively solve problems
  • Comfortable navigating and thriving in a fast-changing environment
  • Continuous curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, particularly in marketing technology and emerging digital trends
  • Ability to translate data and insights into compelling presentations and recommendations
  • Positive, collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
  • Willingness to support trade show logistics and occasional warehouse-based sample shipments

Compensation

$26.92 to $33.65 per hour (DOE); profit-sharing bonus-eligible. This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site role with up to 10% travel.
