This contract opportunity is designed for management consulting professionals who want to apply their expertise to the evaluation and improvement of advanced AI systems. You will assess complex consulting deliverables, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, financial models, and business cases. The role requires strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to distinguish high-quality consulting work from incomplete or generic analysis. You will create precise evaluation criteria and provide evidence-based assessments that can be applied consistently across different assignments. Your feedback will help improve the quality, reliability, and usefulness of AI-generated consulting outputs. Working remotely and asynchronously, you will collaborate with senior reviewers while contributing your real-world consulting expertise to innovative AI projects.

• Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for consulting deliverables, including market analyses, strategy recommendations, financial models, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Evaluate AI-generated and human-created consulting work against established criteria to assess quality, accuracy, depth, and practical relevance.
• Review complex analyses for logical consistency, sound assumptions, appropriate methodologies, and actionable recommendations.
• Provide detailed written justifications for evaluations and scores to ensure transparency, accountability, and reproducibility.
• Apply structured, consistent, and evidence-based judgment when assessing consulting deliverables.
• Assess the quality of market sizing, financial modeling, strategic analysis, business-case development, and executive-level communication.
• Identify gaps, errors, unsupported assumptions, and areas where analytical or strategic reasoning can be strengthened.
• Incorporate structured feedback from senior reviewers and iterate on submitted work to continuously improve evaluation quality.
• Maintain consistency when applying grading standards across different projects and consulting scenarios.
• Work independently and asynchronously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of analytical rigor.

• 1+ year of professional management consulting experience with exposure to real-world client engagements and business problem-solving.
• Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or an equivalent organization, is required.
• Strong command of structured problem-solving, including hypothesis development, analytical frameworks, market sizing, and strategic assessment.
• Demonstrated experience with financial modeling, business-case development, market analysis, and strategy recommendations.
• Ability to develop and evaluate executive-level presentations and communicate complex findings clearly.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical judgments and recommendations in a concise and structured manner.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to evaluating complex consulting work.
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to distinguish rigorous analysis from superficial or unsupported conclusions.
• Comfortable receiving structured feedback and calibrating professional judgment against established evaluation standards.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment while managing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Experience with AI evaluation, model training, benchmarking, or human-data projects is a plus.

• Competitive contract compensation: $100–$150 per hour.
