This is a high-impact partner management role focused on driving growth, operational excellence, and long-term value across strategic Canadian partnerships. You will own key enterprise relationships from end to end, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted business partner. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve delivery, optimize processes, and achieve ambitious commercial targets. Regular engagement with national teams and local stakeholders will give you direct visibility into performance and customer needs. This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where strong relationships, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Own strategic partner relationships in Canada, serving as the primary point of contact and building trusted, long-term relationships with enterprise partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner objectives, business challenges, operating environments, and strategic priorities.
  • Own and drive key commercial and operational KPIs, including jobs requested, fulfillment, average order value, and net revenue.
  • Analyze performance across key channels, including online and physical locations, and translate insights into clear recommendations and measurable business actions.
  • Lead regular business reviews and check-ins focused on performance, process optimization, feedback, priorities, and shared roadmaps.
  • Coordinate operational delivery with cross-functional teams, including customer experience, fulfillment, after-sales, and other relevant functions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute performance improvement initiatives, combining analytical work with practical, on-the-ground actions.
  • Communicate the value proposition, products, and solutions to partner employees through training sessions and other engagement initiatives.
  • Act as an outward-facing ambassador for the organization’s brand, values, and products across strategic, tactical, and operational forums.
  • Build strong relationships with national partner teams and store managers through regular engagement and in-person store visits.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges, resolve issues, and influence stakeholders toward solutions that support shared business goals.
  • Travel regularly within Canada and occasionally internationally to support partner relationships, business reviews, and operational initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably combining retail, account management, partner management, or client relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic accounts or partnerships and delivering measurable commercial and operational results.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments and experience influencing enterprise partners and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proven ability to operate as a hands-on business operator, balancing relationship management, strategic planning, analysis, and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into practical actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a demonstrated capacity to manage ambiguity, adapt quickly, and find effective solutions.
  • Highly collaborative approach, with the ability to coordinate effectively across customer experience, fulfillment, after-sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly within Canada and occasionally internationally.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Fluency in both English and French is strongly preferred.
  • Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
Benefits
  • Base salary range of $94,000–$135,000 CAD, with final offers determined based on experience, qualifications, geography, and role-related factors.
  • Additional total compensation opportunities through bonus and other applicable benefits.
  • Remote role supporting Canadian markets, with flexibility and choice in how you work.
  • Generous and flexible paid time off, including two company-wide closure weeks.
  • Employer-supported health and wellness benefits, with specific benefits varying by country of employment.
  • Wellness, productivity, and education stipends.
  • Product stipends and discounts on selected products and services.
  • Reproductive health support.
  • Opportunities to work with talented, supportive, and collaborative teams.
  • Inclusive culture committed to diversity, equity, and belonging.
  • Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on how people access services in communities across Canada.
  • Exposure to strategic enterprise partnerships and cross-functional business initiatives.
  • A fast-paced environment that encourages innovation, entrepreneurship, and professional growth.
