Chiropractic Assistant - English/ Spanish in Greenacres, Florida at ChiroCare of Florida

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team at our Lake Worth/Greenacres office. Spanish fluency is required.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with patients, is comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and can provide both excellent patient care and strong administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting patients with chiropractic therapies and treatments, including shockwave therapy, electrical stimulation (E-Stim), and other modalities
• Preparing patients for chiropractic adjustments and assisting the doctor during treatments
• Providing a welcoming and professional patient experience
• Taking and documenting patient information accurately
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
• Answering phones, responding to patient questions, and assisting with check-in/check-out
• Verifying insurance and assisting with basic billing and administrative tasks
• Maintaining organized treatment areas and ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use
• Supporting the office team with daily administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous chiropractic, medical office, or healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask
• Comfortable working directly with patients and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn chiropractic therapies and office procedures

Compensation: $19–$21 per hour, depending on experience.
