Senior Brand Manager - Innovation in New Cairo, Illinois at Bel Brands USA

Job Purpose:

Support the delivery of the NME&I growth agenda by leading the execution of innovation and portfolio initiatives across the cluster. The role helps translate strategic priorities into clear action plans, ensuring strong cross-functional coordination, disciplined project management, and excellence in execution.

Main Accountabilities:

• Support the development and execution of the cluster innovation pipeline in line with business and brand priorities.
• Manage innovation projects end-to-end, from concept to launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Build and maintain project timelines, trackers, and launch plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall project readiness.
• Support portfolio management across brands, formats, SKUs, and channels, ensuring alignment with business priorities and local market needs.
• Translate category and brand priorities into actionable plans and support execution in partnership with commercial, activation, and market teams.
• Develop business cases, presentations, launch plans, and performance reviews using consumer, shopper, and market insights.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, follow-up, and issue resolution while ensuring strong operational discipline and continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in brand management 5-7 Years, innovation, portfolio management, or marketing project management within FMCG.
• Strong executional mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
