Mechanical & Utility Supervisor in Al-Shuaiba at Kuwait Steel

Supervise and coordinate mechanical and utility maintenance activities in the Steel Melting Plant, ensuring timely execution of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance tasks. Lead technicians in equipment care, plan and authorize maintenance schedules, audit records, and liaise with production and support functions to secure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

The Mechanical & Utility Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily maintenance of mechanical systems and utilities within Steel Melting Plant. Authorized to allocate manpower, validate work records, and escalate critical breakdowns, procurement approvals, or strategic maintenance decisions to the Engineer II.
