At Endeavor Health Services, we're committed to helping individuals build healthier, more independent lives. We're seeking a compassionate and motivated full-time FACT (Forensic Assertive Community Treatment) Vocational Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team.
In this role, you'll help individuals with forensic backgrounds identify meaningful employment opportunities, develop job readiness skills, and achieve long-term career success. You'll provide individualized vocational counseling, employment support, and advocacy while collaborating with behavioral health professionals and community partners to promote recovery and independence.

What You'll DoAs a FACT Vocational Specialist, you will:
- Conduct vocational assessments to identify individuals' skills, interests, strengths, and employment barriers.
- Develop individualized employment plans that align with vocational, behavioral health, and personal recovery goals.
- Provide job readiness coaching, including resume development, interview preparation, workplace communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Assist individuals with job searches, applications, interviewing, and securing competitive employment opportunities.
- Advocate with employers regarding workplace accommodations and support successful employment outcomes.
- Provide ongoing follow-up and vocational counseling to promote job retention, career advancement, and long-term stability.
- Facilitate workshops on workplace expectations, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate services and support individual progress.
- Build relationships with local employers, vocational programs, and community organizations to expand employment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, employment records, and progress notes in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.
- Travel throughout the community to meet with individuals, employers, community partners, and attend trainings or meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health, Human Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Certification in Vocational Rehabilitation or Employment Specialist training is a plus.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in vocational counseling, rehabilitation, employment services, or behavioral health.
- Strong understanding of employment barriers experienced by individuals with behavioral health and forensic backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong documentation and case management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
- Valid New York State Driver's License.
- Reliable personal vehicle available for community, employer, and home visits.

Salary range - $24.13 - $30.16/hour depending on education, credential and experience.
