In this role, you will take ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for a high-impact SaaS platform focused on consent-based marketing and lead management. You will operate at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market strategy, shaping solutions that directly influence customer acquisition efficiency and regulatory compliance in a fast-evolving digital ecosystem. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders, you will translate complex customer and market needs into clear product direction and measurable outcomes. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role where you will drive discovery, experimentation, and execution across the full product lifecycle. You will play a key role in optimizing lead quality, conversion, and ROI through intelligent workflow and automation solutions. - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lead management and distribution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market needs.
- Translate company objectives into prioritized product initiatives, balancing long-term direction with iterative delivery.
- Lead opportunity sizing, business case development, and investment prioritization across initiatives.
- Drive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and client success to ensure successful product adoption and measurable impact.
- Define key product and business metrics (e.g., lead quality, conversion, ROI) and ensure ongoing tracking and performance visibility.
- Conduct customer discovery and market analysis to inform product decisions and continuously validate direction.
- Oversee end-to-end execution from scoping and development through launch, adoption, and post-release optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and deliver high-impact outcomes efficiently.
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for assigned product areas.
- Promote the use of AI and modern tooling to improve product workflows, research, and experimentation.
- 5–8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, CRM, or workflow automation environments.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-facing SaaS products with measurable business impact.
- Strong experience building and optimizing complex web-based product workflows and user experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to own product strategy, roadmaps, and outcome-based KPIs.
- Solid experience in customer discovery, user research, and translating insights into product direction.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to build business cases, size opportunities, and prioritize effectively across competing initiatives.
- Experience contributing to or leading go-to-market efforts, including launch planning and adoption strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in lead management, marketing automation, or distribution platforms is highly valued.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools for product development and workflow optimization is a plus.
