Job Description
OBJECTIVE: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements and analyzing processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from customer stakeholders.
Assist the Project Manager and Solutions Architect in defining project scope and deliverables.
Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop training materials for end-users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience mapping complex business processes within utilities or government sectors.
Proficiency in using analytical tools and familiarity with enterprise systems like Oracle and GIS.
