At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) we are seeking a Test and Evaluation (T&E) Analyst - Survivability & Reporting.

Responsibilities:

General requirements are as follows:

  • This Journeyman‑level position focuses on survivability analysis, documentation, coordination, and reporting activities within the Test and Evaluation (T&E) environment. This role centers on planning, coordination, documentation, analysis and reporting of survivability-related testing activities for the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) If you have experience supporting United States Marine Corps (USMC) programs and enjoy structured analytical work in a fast‑paced acquisition environment, we want to hear from you.

Specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Support survivability‑related assessments using existing Live Fire and new or previous developmental test data.
  • Draft and update Test Plans, Observation Reports, and Service Reports in accordance with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A012.
  • Review historical Live Fire documentation for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
  • Maintain survivability‑related issue trackers, Field Incident Work Instructions (FIWIs), Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) impact logs, and Data Source Matrices (DSMs).
  • Support Battlefield Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR)‑related assessments using available data sets.
  • Coordinate and support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), and technical meetings; prepare agendas and record minutes per CDRL A001.
  • Support Damage Assessment List (DAL) Conclave preparation, documentation, and follow‑up actions.
  • Conduct basic research on armor materials, threat characterization, and survivability methodologies.
  • Support development of decision briefs for the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Lead.
  • Maintain integrated schedules for remaining survivability‑related documentation activities.
  • Collaborate with government, vendor, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment of test documentation.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience supporting United States Marine Corps (USMC) ground combat or amphibious vehicle programs.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance preferred. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required. Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility preferred.
  • Familiarity with ballistic instrumentation, data collection systems, and damage assessment methodologies.
  • Knowledge of armor materials, threat characterization, and survivability modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi‑agency test events and documentation reviews.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience producing technical documentation.
  • Prior support to Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA), Portfolio Acquisition Executive – Marine Corps (PAE‑MC), or similar acquisition organizations.
  • Experience with Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) A001 and A012 deliverables.
  • Experience in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition Test and Evaluation (T&E) environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi agency test events (government, vendor, range, engineering).

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, speak and hear, and to use hands and arms for routine work tasks. The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.

This position is performed in a typical indoor office setting with a quiet to moderate noise level.
