Chief Human Resource Officer
The Institution for Savings is seeking a Chief Human Resource Officer to join the Bank’s executive leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports the Bank’s mission, values and long-term growth. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources—including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, payroll, and regulatory compliance.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, five or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
- Strong organizational skills to perform and prioritize a high volume of tasks simultaneously.
- Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to context and detail.
- Ability to embrace a team-oriented culture and work collaboratively across Bank divisions to support strategic growth plans.
The salary range listed is just one component of the Bank's total compensation package. Other rewards include fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 10%; life insurance; disability plan; pension plan after 2 years of service; generous vacation and PTO time and a quarterly incentive.
Salary Range: $200,000-$300,000
