This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Loan Officer, Business Development based in the United States.

This role is an entry point into the high-growth world of real estate investment lending, designed for ambitious sales professionals ready to develop into full-cycle loan originators.
You will support experienced originators while learning how to structure and close deals across fix-and-flip, new construction, and rental property financing.
The position blends hands-on training, client engagement, and pipeline development in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You will gradually build your own book of business while mastering the end-to-end lending process.
Strong mentorship, structured onboarding, and modern sales tools support your growth from day one.
This is a remote opportunity offering exposure to a national real estate investor market and long-term career progression.

Accountabilities:
  • Support senior originators by assisting with pipeline management, client meetings, deal preparation, and learning core loan structuring and underwriting processes.
  • Develop and grow your own pipeline through prospecting, outreach, networking, and referral generation within the real estate investment community.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a responsive, high-touch point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle.
  • Gain exposure to the full lending process, including deal analysis, underwriting coordination, approvals, and closings to prepare for independent origination responsibilities.
  • Engage with industry professionals, investors, and brokers to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Educate prospective borrowers on lending solutions and value propositions to support informed decision-making and successful deal execution.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation with a demonstrated track record of prospecting and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility with clients and partners.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Coachable mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning, development, and long-term career growth in lending or financial services.
  • Interest in real estate investment, private lending, or financial markets is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to obtain an NMLS license within 90 days of employment, if required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required depending on relevant experience.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with performance-driven earning potential.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage for financial protection.
  • Flexible spending accounts (health and dependent care) and health savings account options.
  • 401(k) plan with company match to support long-term financial planning.
  • Paid parental leave and family support benefits including childcare and elder care assistance.
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays to support work-life balance and recovery.
  • Remote work flexibility with strong training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
  • Exposure to a fast-growing industry with structured pathways into full loan origination roles.
