What You’ll Do

• Patient-Centered Therapy: Provide individual therapy to patients ages 5 and up, tailoring treatment plans to support their unique goals and psychosocial needs
  .

• Diagnostic Assessment: Utilize the DSM-5-TR, comprehensive initial interviews, and clinical screenings to diagnose conditions and construct effective care plans
  .

• Collaborative Support: Assess patient strengths, barriers, and safety needs; interact with community partners and emergency services when higher levels of care are required
  .

• Modern Practice: Efficiently document clinical notes and conduct telehealth sessions using robust Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
  .

Qualifications & Expectations

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted license in the State of Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Experience with substance use patients

• Mission-Driven Mindset: A genuine passion for providing accessible, high-quality mental healthcare to underserved populations

• Scope of Practice: Comfort and willingness to work with clients across the lifespan (ages 5 and up)
  .

• Clinical Skills: Proficient in diagnostic assessment (DSM-5-TR), treatment planning, crisis safety evaluation, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
  .

• Adaptability & Tech Proficiency: Comfortable working independently within a fast-paced team, leveraging EHR tools, and conducting virtual care/meetings
  .
