Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Customer Service Representative you play a huge role in our customers’ experience with Shield Arms through excellent customer service, outstanding communication, and knowledge of our products and processes. Pride in a job well done, clearly explain our products and policies to customers, and enjoying problem solving are all vital to succeeding in this role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and timely replies to customer inquiries and problems.
- Excellent customer service through written, phone, and face-to-face communication.
- Assist customers with questions, product selection, troubleshooting, and problems.
- Keep the standard of high efficiency and quality within department.
- Follow company policies and procedures (returns, warranties, etc.).
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Document customer interactions.
- Answer phones and communicate with customers through our ticketing system.
- Gain knowledge of our products and their uses in order to assist customers.
- Communicate effectively with your team and other departments within the company.
- Escalate customer communication to management as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years in customer service preferred.
- Ability to learn and utilize new software.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Communicate professionally and effectively in all forms (written, phone, face-to-face).
- Learn and represent company culture.
- Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated.
Monday-Thursday (8am-5pm)
Friday (8am-2:30pm)
