The Cloud Implementation Analyst will support the implementation, automation, migration, and ongoing management of cloud environments, with a primary focus on Google Cloud Platform.
You will contribute to strategic technology projects involving infrastructure modernization, automation, DevOps, and cloud operations.
The role combines hands-on technical delivery with customer support, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement.
You will work with Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, Docker, monitoring, backup, and cloud-management technologies.
The position requires a practical, analytical approach to designing reliable solutions and identifying opportunities to improve cloud environments.
You will collaborate with internal specialists and customers throughout the project lifecycle, from implementation through ongoing support.
This is a remote opportunity for a technology professional who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges and working across multiple cloud projects.

• Provision, configure, migrate, and maintain cloud environments, primarily on Google Cloud Platform and, when required, AWS.

• Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a particular focus on Terraform.

• Configure and maintain backup, monitoring, automation, and orchestration solutions for cloud environments.

• Work with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.

• Support the adoption and continuous application of DevOps practices across projects.

• Provide technical support to customers throughout the different phases of cloud implementation and project delivery.

• Diagnose infrastructure and cloud-environment issues and develop effective solutions to maintain reliability and performance.

• Explore and test emerging technologies that can improve the quality, efficiency, scalability, and security of cloud services.

• Ensure assigned activities are delivered according to agreed project scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

• Create, review, and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, configurations, and best-practice guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams to evaluate solutions and address customer requirements.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across cloud infrastructure, automation, and operational processes.

• Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or a related field.

• Professional experience working with Cloud Computing environments, with strong hands-on experience in GCP.

• Knowledge of other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI is an advantage.

• Experience with cloud-environment monitoring, automation, infrastructure management, and operational tools.

• Proven experience delivering technology solutions across multiple projects for external or internal customers.

• Previous experience working on DevOps projects and applying DevOps practices in production environments.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.

• Experience with container and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.

• Ability to evaluate different technical approaches and propose appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.

• Strong analytical thinking, critical judgment, and proactive problem-solving skills.

• Results-oriented and resilient approach, with a positive attitude toward technical challenges and changing priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different customer profiles and internal teams.

• Intermediate English proficiency across reading, writing, and conversation.

• Mandatory GCP Associate certification.

• Additional certifications in AWS, Azure, or OCI are considered an advantage.
