This role leads end-to-end supply chain and operational activities, ensuring materials, products, and customer orders move efficiently through the organization. You will oversee forecasting, material planning, warehousing, inventory, distribution, fulfillment, and customer support while coordinating closely with internal business functions. The position combines external supply chain management with internal people leadership, giving you broad influence across operational performance. You will use data, performance metrics, and process analysis to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. • Lead day-to-day supply chain and operations activities, partnering with leadership and business functions to align operational execution with organizational objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, material planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, distribution, customer fulfillment, and support activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation optimization, warehouse performance, safety, logistics quality, and reverse logistics.
• Coordinate with planning, production, shipping, procurement, sales, order management, accounting, customer support, product, new product introduction, and quality teams to prioritize orders and achieve on-time delivery.
• Monitor operational performance through data and key metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships, agreements, performance, and negotiations with suppliers, logistics providers, contractors, and other external partners.
• Develop and improve policies, procedures, and systems supporting end-to-end supply chain and material flow management.
• Analyze logistics activities to identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve productivity and accuracy, optimize transportation, and strengthen sustainability.
• Implement customer-specific requirements, reporting processes, transportation metrics, and service improvements.
• Ensure import and export activities comply with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
• Negotiate transportation rates, services, and supplier or customer arrangements to improve supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal and external logistics systems, including opportunities to introduce automation and other technology solutions.
• Develop supply continuity and risk management programs to support business resilience during emergency or disruption scenarios.
• Support environmental audits and sustainability initiatives related to storage, transportation, distribution, and other logistics activities.
• Lead and develop a team of operations specialists, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure effective execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in hardware operations and supply chain management, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using self-service business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of statistics, operations research, and transportation network optimization.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across functions and with external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present operational information effectively to leaders, employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong process orientation with demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop operational capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and successfully handle multiple projects.
• Positive, driven, and effective leadership style with a strong focus on team development and operational execution.
• Flexibility to work varied hours when needed to support a global operations organization.
