Kitchen Manager Requirements
- 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
- Full-service, upscale casual to fine dining kitchen experience
- Offering genuine hospitality with fast and friendly service
- Looking for long-term employment, on average our managers stay more than 5 years
- Ability to walk for long periods of time
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40lbs
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 – 12 hour shift
- Availability to work Holidays and Weekends
- Work in a noisy and fast paced environment
- Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot and/or cold
