About the Role:

The ARB Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing and guiding the architectural standards and design integrity within housing development projects. This position ensures that all architectural plans and proposals comply with established guidelines, Florida statutes, and community aesthetics, thereby maintaining the quality and consistency of HOAs. The specialist collaborates closely with homeowners, developers, and board members to review submissions, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate approvals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service or administrative position
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with architectural review boards or design review committees.
• Project management experience within real estate development.

Responsibilities:

• Review architectural plans, drawings, and design proposals for compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
• Review applications in a timely manner to submit to boards for review.
• Provide detailed feedback to homeowners and vendors to ensure adherence to community standards.
• Maintain comprehensive records of review decisions, approvals, and correspondence for project documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and best practices to inform review criteria and processes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve conflicts and promote consensus.
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a professional office environment with standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers. The position requires prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, and occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of up to 15 pounds.
