- Lead the execution of the eCommerce analytics strategy, roadmap, and measurement framework to support business growth, revenue objectives, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team by setting priorities, supporting career growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with eCommerce, marketing, merchandising, product, technology, and executive stakeholders to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
- Drive advanced analytics initiatives including customer segmentation, cohort analysis, customer lifetime value modeling, forecasting, predictive analytics, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution, and incrementality measurement.
- Oversee analytics across the complete customer journey, including website performance, digital marketing effectiveness, conversion funnels, personalization initiatives, customer retention programs, and experimentation strategies.
- Develop and maintain enterprise reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, KPIs, and performance measurement tools that provide visibility into digital business performance.
- Establish best practices for web analytics platforms, tag management systems, measurement architecture, data governance, and privacy-compliant data collection.
- Evaluate emerging analytics technologies, market trends, and competitive insights to continuously improve capabilities and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Deliver strategic insights that influence digital investments, pricing decisions, promotional strategies, merchandising priorities, and customer experience improvements.
- Support organizational safety initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, digital analytics, or eCommerce analytics, including experience developing and implementing analytics strategies.
- Previous experience in a leadership role such as manager, supervisor, team lead, or mentor with responsibility for developing analytics talent.
- Strong expertise in web analytics strategy, digital measurement frameworks, customer insights, and eCommerce performance optimization.
- Advanced experience managing analytics implementations, integrating third-party tags, and developing tagging strategies.
- Proven ability to create and deliver complex reports, dashboards, and business insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
- Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting methodologies, attribution modeling, experimentation, and customer behavior analysis.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement.
- Competitive base salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
