About EnerVenue, Inc.

EnerVenue is a Silicon Valley-based energy infrastructure company commercializing metal-hydrogen battery technology originally developed by NASA for the Hubble Space Telescope and the International Space Station. In 2026, EnerVenue closed a $300 million Series B extension and is well capitalized for growth. Funds are being deployed to build a high-volume manufacturing facility in Changzhou, China, targeting 250 MWh capacity by Q3 2026 and 1 GWh by 2027. EnerVenue has been named one of Time magazine's Top 10 US Green Technology Companies of 2025.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Manager to own end-to-end global talent acquisition operations covering China, North America, Australia, Singapore and other international markets. You will partner with cross-functional business leaders to map talent requirements, build diversified sourcing channels, deliver full-cycle recruitment for core roles including R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and other energy storage positions. • Build and operate multi-channel talent sourcing ecosystem including Liepin, Boss Zhipin, LinkedIn, third-party headhunting agencies and industry talent communities.
  • Drive complete recruitment closed-loop process: talent mapping & outreach, resume screening, interview scheduling, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer issuance and pre-onboarding follow-up to guarantee recruitment speed and hire quality.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Align internal cross-department resources consistently; maintain smooth communication with R&D, manufacturing, sales, finance and executive teams to resolve recruitment bottlenecks efficiently.
  • Lead cross-timezone interview coordination for overseas candidates; align interview panels located in China and Silicon Valley HQ.

Overseas Talent Pipeline & Employer Brand Building

  • Conduct international talent sourcing, cross-timezone candidate interviews and global talent pool construction.
  • Execute regional employer brand promotion for overseas markets via LinkedIn, industry events and global technical communities to attract cross-border engineering & commercial talents.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years professional full-cycle HR recruitment experience, with proven track record on senior hard-to-fill talent search and mass-volume manufacturing hiring. Candidates with direct international recruitment experience are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with professional background in new energy, power batteries, energy storage batteries, photovoltaics or mass manufacturing industries.
  • Proficient in mainstream recruitment platforms, third-party headhunting channels, new media recruitment channels and industry talent networks, with proven outstanding capabilities in talent sourcing, screening and headhunting.
  • Hands-on experience in targeted talent poaching from benchmark enterprises, as well as recruiting talents via personal industry connections and industry summits.
  • Strong alignment with the company’s entrepreneurial values of continuous innovation, teamwork, customer-centricity and ownership mindset, and capable of practicing these values in daily work.

  • Backed by $300M Series B financing with clear gigawatt-scale manufacturing expansion roadmap in Changzhou base.
  • Join a mission-driven team developing 30-year grid infrastructure energy storage equipment instead of short-cycle consumer lithium batteries.
  • Comprehensive internal HR growth track, cross-regional recruitment exchange opportunities with US and APAC HR teams.
