Job Description:

The Urban Studies Program at Barnard College seeks a part-time instructor to teach the following undergraduate courses during the 2026-2027 academic year.

Fall 2026

URBS UN3308 Introduction to Urban Ethnographies

Pay Rate: $14,000

Exact instructional assignments and other academic responsibilities are determined by the Chair or Director.

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

Required Qualifications

Terminal degree in a related discipline, with all requirements for the degree completed by the time of hiring offer.
