  • Provide comprehensive Primary Care and Urgent Care services for pediatric and adult patients.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions.
  • Deliver preventive care, wellness screenings, and health education initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive and focused patient assessments, histories, and physical examinations.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies consistent with clinical guidelines and scope of practice.
  • Perform office-based procedures and interventions.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, specialists, and community resources.
  • Advocate for patients and connect them with services that improve long-term health outcomes.
  • Foster continuity of care through meaningful relationships and ongoing patient engagement.
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) program. Minimum of one (1) year of Primary Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Required credentials:

Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), licensed in the state of Minnesota. Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileging. BLS Certified. ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.

This position would work 3 ten-hour shifts per week, plus every other weekend (4 hours each day).
